By accessing and using the services provided by boutiquedivision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our 3D modeling services for personal or commercial projects. This license does not include:

Redistribution or resale of our 3D models without permission
Modification of our models for unauthorized purposes
Use of our models in a way that violates intellectual property rights

Service Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe our 3D modeling services. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. All deliverables are provided "as is" and subject to the agreed-upon project specifications.

Project Scope and Revisions

All projects are subject to a defined scope agreed upon before work begins. Revision rounds are included as specified in your chosen package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive usage rights to the delivered 3D models as specified in your agreement. Ownership and usage rights vary by project type and will be clearly outlined in your project contract.

Limitation of Liability

boutiquedivision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use.
