boutiquedivision provides custom 3D modeling services tailored to your specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our work, our return and refund policy differs from standard product return policies.

Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Our 3D modeling services are custom-created based on your specifications and project requirements. Each project is unique and requires significant time and expertise to complete. Therefore, standard return policies do not apply in the traditional sense.

Revision Process

We understand that adjustments may be needed during the project. All our packages include revision rounds to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations. We work closely with clients throughout the project to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, cancellation is subject to the following terms:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of project start: Full refund available
• Cancellation after work has begun but before 50% completion: Partial refund may be available based on work completed
• Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund available, but you will receive all work completed to date

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation before substantial work has begun
• Failure on our part to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline
• Significant deviation from agreed-upon project specifications without your consent

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Change of mind after work has been completed
• Dissatisfaction with deliverables that meet the agreed-upon specifications
• Delays caused by client-provided information or materials
• Projects where final deliverables have been approved and delivered

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Most concerns can be addressed through our revision process.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of project completion or cancellation. Refund requests must include:

• Project reference number
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
